Marketing & Branding Guidelines

Artworks

Any artwork done outside of Head Office Marketing Department MUST be approved by the Marketing Department before going to print or publish. If you are needing any artwork done, please send an email to marketing@atrealty.com.au and we will happily create it for you.

Fonts

Myriad Pro Semi Bold - This is used for the "realty" in the @realty logo

Birch STD - This is used for the @ symbol in the @realty logo

Myriad Pro Regular - This is used for all text on all marketing materials

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OTHER FONTS FOR MARKETING

Logos

The @realty logo is ALWAYS in all lowercase. If you are co-branding we will provide the approved logos for you to use on all advertising.

DO NOT display the logo as - @Realty, @REALTY, atrealty or ATrealty

Watermarks

Please use only the watermark provided to comply with REA & Domain online advertising rules. If you do not comply you run the risk of them removing your listing from their websites.

Not Permitted Advertising

Artworks

We do NOT allow agents to advertise their commission rates on any marketing materials as this directly affects other @realty agents and their business. Please make sure to always send the marketing department your proofs to make sure you are promoting the correct guidelines.

Advertising Must Haves

SA agents

You must have @realtys RLA number on all marketing materials (RLA:269823)

If you have your own RLA number please make sure to display both.

VIC agents

When doing letter box drops you must have a disclaimer on the bottom with the following:

If any other agent has a current exclusive agency agreement in relation to this property
(or business, as the case may be), please disregard this communication.

TAS agents

All advertisements must prominently display the agent's licensed business name and registered office address.
This absolute requirement applies across all media channels
including digital listings, signboards, print media, and social media posts.
