At @realty, we encourage our agents to utilise cutting-edge AI technology to generate creative marketing concepts, property visualisations, and social media imagery.

However, to maintain the professional integrity of our brand and protect our network, all AI-generated content must strictly adhere to the official @realty Brand Guidelines and regulatory standards.

Best Practices for AI Image Generation

Transparency First: If an image is a conceptual render or virtual staging concept, always add a small, clear text disclaimer using Myriad Pro Regular to ensure buyers are not misled.
Exclude Text from AI Prompts: AI generators frequently misspell text. It is best practice to generate a clean, text-free image concept first, and then add your text and @realty branding overlays manually using the Marketing Hub.
Core Brand Elements (Mandatory Visual Identity): When using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Canva AI) to generate imagery,or when adding text/overlays to AI outputs, you must strictly adhere to the following layout constraints:

Artworks

Any artwork done outside of Head Office Marketing Department MUST be approved by the Marketing Department before going to print or publish. If you are needing any artwork done, please send an email to marketing@atrealty.com.au and we will happily create it for you.

Fonts

Myriad Pro Semi Bold: Used specifically for "realty" in the logo.
Birch STD: Used exclusively for the "@" symbol in the logo.
Myriad Pro Regular: Required for all copy across all marketing materials.

Note: No other fonts are permitted on any marketing collateral.

Logos

Always render the @realty logo

in all-lowercase letters (@realty).

Approved co-branding logos will be provided for your advertising materials.

DO NOT use @Realty, @REALTY, atrealty, ATrealty, or the @ symbol by itself.

Watermarks

Please use only the approved watermark to comply with REA and Domain listing guidelines. Using non-compliant watermarks may result in your listing being removed from their platforms.

Artworks

We do NOT allow agents to advertise their commission rates on any marketing materials as this directly affects other @realty agents and their business. Please make sure to always send the marketing department your proofs to make sure you are promoting the correct guidelines.

Advertising Must Haves

SA agents

You must have @realtys RLA number on all marketing materials (RLA:269823)

If you have your own RLA number please make sure to display both.

VIC agents

When doing letter box drops you must have a disclaimer on the bottom with the following:

(or business, as the case may be), please disregard this communication.

TAS agents

All advertisements must prominently display the agent's licensed business name and registered office address.
This absolute requirement applies across all media channels
including digital listings, signboards, print media, and social media posts.
